To bridge this gap, Freedom2hear integrated Astrato’s Embedded Analytics, embedding AI-driven insights directly into its platform. Users now access real-time analytics without disruption, making insights an organic part of their workflow.

Rather than building separate dashboards for each client, Freedom2hear adopted parameter-driven workbooks, creating a scalable analytics framework. A single dashboard adapts dynamically, ensuring updates and refinements apply universally, saving time and maintaining consistency.

“With a single workbook that works for every customer, we eliminate the need to build one from scratch for each client. If a customized view is required, we can easily tailor it while maintaining the core structure. This efficiency has significantly streamlined our workflow." Paolicelli explained.

Additionally, single-component embedding allows Freedom2hear to weave specific visualizations throughout its platform, bringing analytics to the fingertips of the end-user experience. Instead of sending users to a separate analytics hub, key insights appear precisely where they are needed—in moderation tools, customer dashboards, or other critical touchpoints.

“We can embed single components inside our website instead of just building a whole workbook. This means users don’t have to hunt for insights—they’re embedded into their daily workflows, making data-driven decisions effortless,” the CTO added. 

Scalability, speed, and the cloud advantage

With over 50 million rows of data, Freedom2hear needed an analytics solution that could keep pace. The combination of Snowflake’s computational power and Astrato’s visualization layer delivered the necessary speed and scalability, ensuring live querying without the burden of exports or refresh delays.

Claudio Paolicelli elaborated, “We process a lot of data, over 50 million rows of data. What matters most is speed—and Astrato delivers. After a few seconds of loading into Snowflake, everything just works.”

By querying live data in Snowflake through Astrato, Freedom2hear ensures decision-makers always access the latest, most accurate insights. This seamless integration eliminates data lag, accelerates large-scale analysis, and removes traditional workflow bottlenecks.

From optional feature to essential product

Initially an add-on, analytics is now central to Freedom2hear’s offering. Customers no longer just track moderation effectiveness. They rely on analytics to shape strategy and drive decisions.

The shift is striking: previously, customers ignored analytics when it required a separate login. Now, engagement is high—analytics is often the first destination.

“Our new integrated analytics have significantly increased engagement. Now, every customer regularly checks their analytics, and for some, it’s their top priority,” Paolicelli said.

The future: automation and white-labeling

Looking ahead, Freedom2hear aims to enhance automation. Scheduled reporting will deliver insightsprint and forward-readydirectly to customers’ inboxes in PDF or XLS formats, ensuring they stay informed without logging in.

“Even when customers don’t log in daily, they still need valuable insights. With Astrato’s scheduled reports, we can deliver key analytics straight to their inbox, keeping them informed effortlessly,” Paolicelli shared.

Additionally, white-labeling initiatives will ensure Astrato’s analytics blend seamlessly with Freedom2hear’s branding and user experience.
